First, choose your event by selecting the cultural experience you'd love to attend, along with your preferred date and the number of guests (including yourself). Next, secure your spot by completing your booking through a bank transaction, online payment, as we follow NO CASH policy, all payments must be made through our official bank account or through online card payments, and we do not work with cash agents. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a detailed event profile, including the exact location , information about your hosts, and a dedicated contact person who will assist you before and during the event. Our events are carefully planned and well-organized, ensuring they run smoothly as scheduled. However, in the rare case of a cancellation, you don't have to worry we guarantee a 100% refund of your payment. Your experience and peace of mind are our top priorities!
To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, full cancellations are accepted up to 30 days before the event. If canceled within 30 days, 50% of your contribution will be charged. For no-shows without prior notice, the full contribution will be deducted, though no extra penalty fees apply. If you wish to reschedule your event (excluding weddings, which cannot be rescheduled), please inform us at least one month in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you on an available date.
