Personal Belongings – We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please take care of your belongings.
Behavioral Conduct – Participants must behave respectfully toward staff, instructors, and other guests. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
Food Allergies – It is the participant’s responsibility to inform us in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
Accuracy of Information – Incorrect or false information submitted in booking forms may result in rejection of the application.
Legal Compliance – Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
Safety & Liability – Participants must follow all safety instructions provided. We are not liable for injuries or accidents due to participant negligence. Medical help will be arranged if needed, but medical expenses are the responsibility of the participant.
Punctuality & Attendance – Arriving late may shorten your experience or result in cancellation without refund. No-shows without prior notice will be considered forfeitures.
Force Majeure – In the case of unforeseen events (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions), the organizer may cancel or reschedule the experience.
Age Restrictions & Supervision – Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Some experiences may not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues.
Dress Code & Attire – Participants are expected to wear appropriate attire based on the nature of the experience.
Photography & Media – Photos and videos may be taken for promotional use. Please inform us in advance if you wish to opt out.
Payments – Full payment is required to confirm a booking. We accept card payments or bank transfers.
Booking Changes – Any change in participant numbers or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 10 days in advance.
Code of Conduct & Cultural Respect – All participants must respect Sri Lankan customs and traditions. Any form of offensive or disrespectful behavior will lead to immediate removal without refund.
Organizer’s Right to Modify – We reserve the right to make minor changes to event details (such as venue, time, or instructor). Major changes will be communicated in advance.
